Description
The product can reach 1000°C in just 15 minutes. It features an internationally advanced LTDE programmable control system that allows for flexible settings for heating, cooling, constant temperature, and timed start and stop with multi-segment operations. The controller is integrated below the furnace body, and all electrical connections between the furnace and the temperature controller are completed before shipment, making it ready for use once powered. The PID + SSR system ensures synchronized control, enhancing consistency and reproducibility in experiments. Additionally, it includes automatic temperature maintenance and time control functions, with secondary over-temperature automatic protection. The sealing system comprises dual inlet valves, a single outlet valve, a vacuum gauge, stainless steel sealing heads, and high-temperature sealing glue, ensuring excellent sealing performance. Flow meters and water cooling devices are available upon request. The furnace is elegantly designed and offers superior performance, making it an ideal choice for vacuum tube furnaces in universities and research institutions.
