Jacquard machines are generally divided into 1400 stitches, 1800 stitches, 2240 stitches, 2400 stitches, 2800 stitches, 3700 stitches, etc. according to the number of stitches. 2400 stitches and 1400 stitches are the most common ones. The number of stitches is high and it is easier to make. Large flower shape, the 2400 needle machine can basically adapt to most large jacquard fabrics used in clothing. The warp size of the flower shape is related to the weft density of the fabric and the number of patterns. In general, the size of the warp return of the flower shape is not affected. The restriction depends on whether enough pattern boards can be placed on the machine. The weft pattern is related to the warp density of the fabric and the number of stitches. If all warp weaves are not repeated in a pattern, the maximum number of warp yarns of this flower is the number of stitches, combined with the warp density of the fabric. Knowing how wide the pattern can be at most, the factory is more mindful of weft return. If the specifications of jacquard fabrics are 50X50, 144X80, the flower shape is a standing ellipse, and the warp and weft return are the long and short diameters of the ellipse. If it is made with a 2400-needle jacquard machine, its maximum weft return size can be calculated as: 2400X2/144=33 inches, it means that the widest ellipse of the flower shape is 33 inches. If the flower shape is not an ellipse but an irregular shape, the flower shape can only be 16.5 inches wide.
