Pay attention to moisture-proof plywood in rainy weather--山东云速网络--四组--刘洁

Although spring has arrived, we cannot guarantee that the sun is shining every day, and occasionally we will encounter rainy weather like today. For plywood manufacturers, although rainy weather does not delay production, they must also pay attention to moisture-proof work.

Plywood needs to use adhesive to bond the boards during the production process. If the boards are damp, not only the surface will become moldy, the adhesive effect between the boards will also decrease, and even degumming will occur. Therefore, when encountering rainy weather, plywood manufacturers must do a good job of preventing moisture from the boards, and move all the boards stored in the open to the warehouse. If the situation is too late to carry, wrap the board with plastic sheet to minimize the contact between the board and rain.

The underground moisture has always been heavy, so plywood manufacturers must transport the boards to the warehouse in time after the production is completed. If it is not stored in the warehouse, build a stand off the ground to store the boards. This can reduce the contact between the ground moisture and the boards, and it is also one of the ways to keep the boards warm.
